Position Description: The ideal candidate will supervise Quality Engineers in testing a number of projects. Plan and schedule testing activities. Review the testing activities to assure that developed products meet design specifications and are within total quality management standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or any related discipline.
• Leadership, analytical and advanced communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Experience in automated testing tools is an asset.
• Knowledge of the CMMI model is an asset.

Position Description: The ideal candidate will establish initial communication with project leaders when new projects are created. Schedule Quality Assurance audits. Conduct testing-related audits with the project members across the organization to make sure that the activities follow the company processes. Log & track the non-conformities generated from the audits. Develop and submit monthly and quarterly reports to Senior Management.
